great location, but noisy nights
The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly. I loved the city view from my room. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning!
Unfortunately, I experienced quite a bit of noise coming from nearby rooms and the street, which disrupted my sleep.

Thanks a lot everyone for a pleasant stay for two nights on a business trip. The staff were extremely helpful, absolutely perfect and incredibly comfortable location close to everything. It was also so close to a real great shopping mall as well as Close to cafes for a beer. Truly enjoyed the attached restaurant onsite.

I have stayed in the double room with balconies. The location is quiet and spectacular, not far from major landmarks and attracytions, the main shopping strip and the major sights, you cannot beat it.

The recent refurbishment really shows, especially with the fine atrium and spacious rooms that let in tons of light. I enjoyed a fantastic massage and a relaxing facial , nice. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't stop me from having a great experience 😊

Location. Common areas. The architecture of the building. The impeccable whitewashing as always what makes my score go up.
I am sorry to see that since my first stay to date, the rooms have not been maintained to such an extent that the curtains not only smell dirty but are also broken or badly hung. The bathroom counter is worn out, the floors are worn out. A pity. The air conditioning in the rooms, very bad, I always thought it was only me who complained about the suffocating heat of the rooms but on this trip we met at the same time several guests at the reception who came down to make the complaint. The attention of the boy of the night, magnificent, as well as that of one of the boys of the day. The other one does not mean that he would have mistreated, but a smile in that position will always be grateful for the guest (the youngest one). They will continue to have me as a guest because, as I said, I have an affinity for the hotel, and I trust that they will know how to use this tool for good. I embrace the team.

Good breakfast, location. All standard services available.
No ventilation of bathroom - always wet and strong disinfectant smell. After return the hotel wouldn't mind to answer our e-mail about some banking payment issue

The location helped me reach various attractions and restaurants with ease. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff ensured everything was well-stocked.
One downside was that the shower didn't have a curtain, which caused water to splash on the floor. This was particularly concerning for safety.

Hotel location,modern design,soft sheets,friendly staff,WiFi free
Broken and old bath towels, permanently noisy toilet cistern probably because it is in a bad condition, toilet seat is not in order, toilet bottom with ugly-looking stain, dirt, little natural light and artificial light as well, as lugubrious, central air conditioning that can not be regulated from the room or turn off individually, so it is cold, remote control of the tv with few options of marked and difficult to tune in with the channels of tv, the breakfast does not use it because I left before the hour nevertheless I did not like the lounge, dark and lack of warmth, during the day it is totally empty, I suppose that they set it for every breakfast only, it did not seduce me like to stay to have breakfast, the conditioned air besides not turning off makes a permanent and annoying noise that during the night is very uncomfortable

I loved the high ceilings in the large and spacious rooms. I requested a quiet room and it was blissfully quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Hotel Esplendor is my preferred hotel in Buenos Aires. I'll be back soon!
The breakfast service could be improved. The scrambled eggs were kept in a bain-marie which meant it was always dry and overcooked. If possible eggs should be cooked on order.
